Das Manufacturing Team in der Industriestraße 72, Wien sucht zur Verstärkung einen Documentation Coordinator für 12 Monate befristet.

**Das bewirken Sie**:

- Erstellung von Dokumenten in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Abteilungen
- Erstellung von Master Batch Records, SOP’s, Formularen, Work Instructions, etc.
- Bearbeitung von bestehenden Dokumenten
- Unterstützung bei der Einschulung von Mitarbeiter*innen der erstellten bzw. bearbeite Dokumente
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Workflows im ARIS System für Electronic Batch Record
- Organisation und Mitwirkung an diversen Projekten mit Bereichen wie zum Beispiel die Quality Abteilung

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Verständnis im Umgang mit bzw. in der Auslegung von Regularien; GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) & GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
- Erfahrung in der Pharmazeutischen Produktion ist erwünscht
- Kritisches und objektives Beurteilungsvermögen
- Selbständiges Arbeiten und Priorisieren
- Teamfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, Power-BI)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
