KPI's und regelmäßiger Berichterstattung* Koordination, Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation interner und externer Audits* Durchführung von Abschlussbesprechungen mit Umsetzungsvereinbarungen sowie Nachverfolgung der Umsetzungsmaßnahmen
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Vorgaben und der unternehmensinternen Richtlinien* Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit der Stabsstelle Group StrategyANFORDERUNGSPROFIL* Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung (z.B.: UNI, FH, Lehrgänge,..)* Mind. 3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätskontrolle* Unternehmerisches Denken und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise* Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Umsetzungsstärke* Engagement und Motivation eigene Verbesserungsvorschläge einzubringen* Hands-on Mentalität und Führungserfahrung* Gute Deutsch
