**Your tasks**:

- Focus on developing sales strategy and initiatives to grow in the Test & Measurement business in BG, HR, HU, RO, SI, SRB and UA
- Aligning annual business and sales strategies and targets with company's business strategy and objectives
- Keeping and creating sustainable valued relationship with our key customers while achieving annual business targets
- Analyzing local Test & Measurement market and customer potentials, derive and define measures and actions with the local sales teams
- Securing order intake growth by defining and reviewing activities with local sales teams

**Your qualifications**:

- Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, etc.
- Solid experience in sales and business development initiatives
- Able to understand the BG, HR, HU, RO, SI, SRB and UA business and trends and to take on an entrepreneurial perspective
- Solid knowledge of Test & Measurement industries (ADT, AUT, WIC, ICR)
- Excellent communication and team leading skills plus customer interfacing skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English, German is a plus
