**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Acts as the global process owner for Employee Central for end-to-end operational processes (new hire, change of position, termination, etc.)
- Ensures data governance and data quality in the HR systems, by driving consistent data management and usage across countries and by initiating corrective measures
- Possesses a deep knowledge of the capabilities of HR systems, in particular EC and SAP, as well as strong knowledge of OMV global and local operational process landscape and uses them to define the right improvement journey
- Monitors and assesses the needs of various P&C stakeholders (e.g. BPs, Local HR; Admins) and drives improvements aiming for increased efficiency of operational P&C processes and good employee experience
- Steers the various P&C stakeholders to ensure the adoption of the new digital ways of working for the operational processes, contributing to the HR digital transformation
- Builds a strong business relationship with the P&C stakeholders (CoE, HR BPs, Local HR, Admins), managing their expectations and needs via properly balancing automation / standardization requirements and localization needs
- Approves change requests for Employee Central at global level (e.g. updates of the global data template, custom local requirements and workflows, etc.) evaluating consistency with the system set-up and requirements to build a state of the art HRIS
- Is responsible for data audits, compliance and GDPR checks and reports results and measures

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have deep technical knowledge
- You have strong knowledge of People & Culture processes
- You speak fluent English
