In order to successfully implement our Borealis Strategy 2030, the former IT&S and Digital Studio teams are joining forces. The new "IT & Digital Solutions" organisation creates new opportunities. One of the roles necessary to ensure a fit for future organisation is a Data & Innovation Governance Manager.

The Data & Innovation Governance Manager governs the data provision and data analytics strategy and manages the development of internal standards for business data management. You will also manage the innovation roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of innovation initiatives.

In your role, you will:

- Develop and execute a data strategy
- Establish and maintain data policies, standards, and procedures
- Enable data-driven decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and techniques for data management and analytics;
- Translate business strategy into technology priorities and align strategy components to maintain alignment with governance functions.
- Define and implement governance frameworks
- Manage business/IT governance and orchestrate the implementation of technology capabilities along agreed business priorities.

**About you**:
We need someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels. Furthermore, you must have excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives. You master English at business level.
