Our division “Sportradar ad:s” is providing data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services to meet the individual marketing needs of sportsbooks and publishers.

If you are a proven expert on programmatic advertising, know how to manage 7-digit-numbers campaigns on behalf of clients, are willing and capable to lead a team of highly skilled individuals but are still hands-on, then we want to meet you

THE CHALLENGE:

- Be a senior member of a team of programmatic trading experts within the Sportradar ad:s business unit
- Own the day-to-day management of programmatic advertising campaigns for multiple clients traded through our own, sports-specific proprietary DSP
- As such, optimize the performance of the campaigns based on client KPIs
- Work closely with our account management and sales unit and support them grow our client relationships
- Support the team effort as key internal stakeholder to improve our proprietary trading solution by giving internal product development teams valuable inputs and guidance

YOUR PROFILE:

- Strong experience in programmatic advertising on the buying side
- Having used multiple DSPs during your career
- Having a clear understanding of how to optimize programmatic campaigns
- Strong analytical capabilities and abilities to structure processes and improve them regularly
- Highly independent and self-driven personality
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any other European language will be considered as a plus
- Customer-focus, structured work, and attention to detail is natural to you
- Resourceful and problem-solving aptitude
