**Deine Aufgaben**:
This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment.
- Manage and take responsibility for regional location concepts as basis for RE driven decisions, as well as site analysis and site searches
- Lease administration incl. negotiation of major new leases, lease renewals and lease terminations
- Identification and implementation of optimization projects, including disposal and acquisition projects
- RE portfolio incl. RE database with controlling, reporting and budget activities
- Support of the regional Property / Facility Management departments
- Support of MA activities (Real Estate workstream) and assistance with market value appraisals
- Ensuring compliance with overarching company / real estate policies and rules

**Wen wir suchen**:

- University or comparable degree with corporate real estate focus, business administration, architecture, civil engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context is a must
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Corporate Real Estate, ideally encompassing all phases of the value chain
- Project management skills in projects exceeding euro;10 million
- Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, combined with results orientation and initiative
- Local languagueand English fluent
