We are constantly looking for motivated and highly qualified staff for our Tyrolean subsidiary based in ** Radfeld **in Austria **To expand our team, we are looking for someone to fill the following full-time (38.5 h) position as soon as possible**: Engineering Project Manager M/F/d Your new responsibilities The Engineering Project Manager represents Besi to the customer in all project matters according to the principle of "one face to the customer". Within the company, he/she is the internal client and represents the customer's interests in the implementation of operational and strategic goals. - Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships - Gathering customer specific requirements (specification) - Elaboration of a technical solution in cooperation with the involved development departments - Project execution in compliance with deadlines, costs and quality - Support of the product line with sales forecast and margin control - Assistance in contract negotiations and design (product and solution presentations) - Telephone negotiations and escalation management - Ensuring the flow of information both internally and externally Our requirements - Successfully completed technical studies, ideally in the field of mechatronics or HTL with Matura and relevant professional experience - Flexibility, independence and assertiveness - Systematic, networked way of thinking, understanding of innovation - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Target-oriented work under pressure - High level of commitment, good motivator and team player - Good command of German and English, both written and spoken **Offer**: We offer attractive and challenging work in a dynamic, team-oriented and highly innovative company.
