**About the role**:
**How you will contribute**:

- Managing the Supplier Performance Monitoring, Supplier Notification, New Supplier Requests and Supplier Action Requests.
- Manage and report supplier management related Metrics/KPIs for Global Supplier Quality and stakeholders.
- Execute and perform oversight of global supplier quality management and initiatives and providing the Process Support.
- Create and maintain partnership with regional business units, OpUs and within global Quality.

**What you bring to Takeda**:
**Required**:

- Scientific degree (BSc, MSc) and/or 5+ years experience working in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical quality and /or manufacturing
- Experience with Quality pillars (QA, QC, Systems and Compliance, Services and Improvement) including global cGMP regulations (US, EU, Japan, Canada, etc.)
- Experience working in an international environment highly desirable/preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Basic experience in SQL code and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
- Experience in data modeling and data visualization using Microsoft PowerBI preferred.
