**To strengthen our rapidly growing HR organization we are looking to recruit a Program Lead Talent & Development. This role represents an incredible opportunity for growth and the ability to make a lasting impact on our organization and its talent communities.**

**Program Lead Talent & Development (f/m/d)**

Reporting into the Director Talent & Development you will be responsible for driving the following topics and initiatives:
Your Tasks
- Help shape and create a clear understanding of the department’s key priorities and goals
- Drive execution of various cross disciplinal projects and programs
- Quickly look to gain a broad understanding of the various functions within the team and the broader HR function to enable alignment with the business’s broader strategy and objectives
- Shape and create tools to manage internal projects and programs
- Prepare presentations for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning and more
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support the execution of the global talent development and recruitment strategy for the organization
- Liaise with business partners (both internal and external) on all aspects of program management and delivery ensuring alignment, adoption, and proficiency across the organization

Your Profile
- University degree in Economics/Business Administration/Social Sciences with focus on HR-Management
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR or Corporate Project Management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and in-depth Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral command of English, German skills are a nice-to-have
- Ability to manage and influence resources internal and external to the organization
- Be the consummate team player who can operate in a complex, multi-faceted business with excellent presentation skills
- Strong business-building drive, strategic vision, intellectual capacity, and implementation skills
- An ability to think creatively and the ability to establish credibility at all levels of the organization.

Our Offer

An attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you. The yearly salary starts at € 53.200 ;
- gross for a local contract. We offer market conform remuneration depending on experience and qualification, besides attractive employee benefits.
