About The Company

Corecam Capital Partners is a Direct Investments Platform focused on Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture Capital. We target private investment opportunities alongside our investors and provide access to our proprietary deal sourcing. All investments are structured in-house by our team of investment professionals located in Singapore, Vienna, Zurich, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Screening and evaluation of new investment opportunities in Asia, Europe, and US markets
- Analysing financials & valuation of RE/PE deals
- Build financial models that assist with deal underwriting
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to Portfolio managers
- Liaise closely with global partners in deal sourcing activities
- Shaping independent investment ideas through market research
- Preparation of Investment committee presentations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters from a leading university with the following fields of study: finance, economics, real estate or accounting
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial analysis, corporate finance, or other related fields
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent research skills: ability to find needle in a haystack
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with teams spread across the globe
- Self-starter who can work with low supervision and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Complete fluency in English
