Are you tech-savvy and do you love tinkering? Do you want to make the world a little greener? Become a **Fleet Manager** as a new member of our Go Sharing Vienna office.

**Who Are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a field operations or service delivery environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in establishing and managing operational processes and KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.

**What are you going to do?**
- Supervise and lead all stages and units of the Fleet Operations in Vienna.
- Establish result-based operational processes and manage teams' KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
- Conduct staff planning, supervise employee performance, and effectively manage subordinate teams.
- Motivate employees to increase their performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide consistent, effective, and open communication to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams and departments.
