Global Stability Project Management Specialist

**About the role**:
The "Global Stability Project Management Specialist" will be in charge of process harmonization projects and integration activities and will drive compliance & continuous improvement initiatives for the department.

How you will contribute:

- Project management of global projects for stability study management for the optimization of stability programs
- Drive continious improvement projects and initiatives for the department
- Implement a knowledge management process for global stability
- Monitore the compliance performance of the global stability KPI´s- Implement a regulatory intelligence initiative for the Global Stability Management Network
- Write/review/approve health authority requests and responses to audits/inspections
- Prepare, review and approve global SOPs and forms for processes associated with stability study management
- Support all global stability communication channels
- Represent department during internal and external audits and inspections
- Support stability community of practice to discuss and align relevant topics
- Support the stability academy and technical training program
- Other responsibilities and strategical projects as assigned

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- Academic degree in Science or Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a GMP-environment within the pharmaceutical industry in different quality functions is required
- Experience with investigational and commercial trouble shooting
- Experience in supporting global communities - global cultural awareness
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Flexible thinking personality with the ability to prioritize work and multitask
- Experience in working with strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication skills in English as well as in German
