Legal Counsel

**About the role**

As a Legal Counsel (f/m/d) at ready2order you are right, where the magic happens You will be working closely not only with our CEO, but with the Leadership Team and in general, every department to help shape the future.

If you have a generalistic approach to Legal and are eager to support all functions and teams, then this is your role

From contract to shareholder management, from product related topics and customer requests to data protection, everything that makes your profession exciting, you can work on within an exciting and changing environment and a cool team.

Our team will rely on you for legal expertise and will come to you for advice on M&A and in general business development initiatives. Our CEO will trust you to make sure, that we are legally compliant, our contracts are ready2sign, our shareholder are informed and that in general the legal view on our business is valued.

**What you will do**
- create contract templates from scratch, but also, review and negotiate
- actively manage the signature process and our contract management system Trackado
- be the interface to our external lawyers/partners
- support our CEO in all shareholder related matters
- be the owner of our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- make sure, that our product is compliant with country regulations
- put on the legal view on official communication/marketing
- make sure, Data protection, Privacy policy, DPAs,... are on our agenda
- communicate with authorities
- generally support all department in legal matters
- support business development initiatives (e.g. M&A, proof of concept)
- take care of Trademark issues

- completed legal studies and professional experience ideally German and Austrian law
- highly structured, accurate and adaptable

- English and German at a very high level (also technical in terms of reading/writing contracts etc.)
- very good MS Office skills (also accuracy with formatting details etc.)
- ideally interest/knowledge of the relevant market M&A relevant.

The entry salary for this position is EUR 50.000 gross per year. Of course, we are willing to pay a higher salary depending on qualification and experience.
