**All about the role**:
We're looking for a passionate Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our Scoober team in Vienna. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with the national and international management team, ensuring our project organisation and timelines are planned and executed to perfection.
You’ll be designing and developing projects within Austria. That means coordination is the key. We’re counting on you to develop tools that help coordinate between a variety of stakeholders and our national works council.
Using your strong understanding of data, you’re also able to measure and report on the success of projects after they go live. That includes presenting your findings to a range of colleagues - including senior management.

**Your job**:

- Assessing practical needs and project requirements for our Scoober team and its departments, including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and HR.
- Translating international project plans into detailed local roll-out initiatives
- Taking an end-to-end responsibility of project management activities, including budgeting, analysis, SteerCo approval preparation
- Managing diverse set of projects while balancing your stakeholders’ interests
- Strong presentation skills and ability to successfully convince decision makers
- Leading and supporting the decision making process
- Mentoring colleagues to boost our project community

**Can you deliver**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a project management, operations or consultancy role
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English and German language skills (written & spoken)
- Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making, experience with tools such as Tableau, Spreadsheets
- Strategic thinker with an open-minded and flexible approach
- Experience/certification in Prince2 (Agile Foundation), Lean or IPMA is a plus
