**What you will enjoy doing**:

- ImIemplement, update and develop global HSE policies, procedures and tools (e.g. risk analysis, behaviour based safety, LOTO, hazardous substance management, permit to work, etc.)
- Manage the ALPLA HSE community, drive learning and experience exchange and lead the ALPLA HSE Safety Culture Assessment program
- Provide assistance in machine safety requests and coordinate with the machine supplier
- Supports incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Conduct HSE inspections and drive sharing of lessons learned and good practices
- Provide global HSE system administration, develop the HSE suite and present monthly reporting to the Board of Management

**What makes you great**:

- Degree in occupational safety and health, environmental science, or a related field
- Strong experience in operational HSE management, preferably in an international environment
- International certificate in HSE management
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Experience with HSE suites (e.g. Intelex) and MS Office Suite (a.o. PowerBI, Forms)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and training skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (up to 60% travel)
