**What you will enjoy doing**:
As a Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating and coordinating global Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives while considering our Integrated Management System requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Generate and consolidate BPM performance results to support strategic objectives
- Coordinate and support regional BPM teams to enhance effectiveness
- Qualify process owners and regional teams through workshops, tutorials, and training sessions
- Promote BPM utilization across the company and work closely with Corporate Process Owners to continuously improve business processes
- Organize workshops for process mapping and modifications, and manage the maintenance of our BPM software
- Prepare regular status reports on BPM topics and coordinate review meetings to assess performance

**What makes you great**:

- You hold a higher degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Health Saftey & Environment (HSE), Product Development, or Operations, preferably in the packaging industry
- Strong analytical skills, training and facilitation capabilities and a preference for cross-functional collaboration
- A team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel
