**What you will enjoy doing**:
**Further developing our Global Process Landscape**
- You will identify, design and roll out new standard processes to the organization in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
- You will be responsible for the process governance
- You will be the main responsible for the maintenance and further development of our global BPM software in cooperation with external supplier
- You will define and analyze process performance KPIs

**Guidance and support of Business Process Management Implementation**
- You can bring in your creativity and holistic mindset developing and implementing our global BPM concepts
- You will strengthen cross-functional and global collaboration by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to exchange experience, derive new requirements, and share good practice
- You will be a sparring partner to our Process Owners supporting them to continuously improve business processes
- You will monitor implementation, perform process-related audits and assessments, and provide progress reports

**What makes you great**:

- You have a higher education in the fields of business administration, business informatics or a comparable course of study
- You have an understanding of how processes are digitalized in an ERP system. You are experienced in process design and mapping methodologies, and you know, how an organization must be taken along in the change process
- You are enthusiastic about tasks that require analytical thinking and clear structuring in order to develop and implement challenging solutions
- You have good communication, moderation and mediation skills in English and German in an intercultural environment
- A basic willingness to travel completes your profile
