**Your tasks**
- Coordinating, drafting, and managing submission documents for legal directories and awards (Chambers & Partners, JUVE, Legal 500, etc.) both in German and English
- Upkeep of the experience database, including keeping it up to date, drafting deal descriptions and liaising with Legal team locally and internationally in this regard
- Maintaining the firm's profile in international rankings and publishing houses on an ongoing basis
- Liaising with the Legal, Business Development, Marketing, and Public Relations teams locally and internationally on joint initiatives and projects
- Support with pitches, research and client briefings preparation

**What are we looking for**
- A completed business degree
- More than 2 years' experience in the research, publishing, business development or legal sector
- Excellent English and German oral and written skills
- Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, proactive team player
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Project Management skills and confident persistence

Gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,800 for a full-time 40 hours basis (min. of 32 hours requested) with willingness of overpayment depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
