Senior Group Accountant

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure correct monthly/quarterly review procedures and preparation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS for year-end and half-year
- Support with the implementation of (new) software tools for consolidation purposes, and optimization of existing software tools, a very active role would be highly appreciated
- Ensure high level of formalized documentation in many aspects of daily work, especially with a view to the newly implemented SOX-regulation
- Evaluation of business topics according to treatment under IFRS
- Participation in alignment with external auditors with regards IFRS and consolidation topics (segment reporting, allocation within segments)
- Support with group-wide projects (by way of example: capital-markets related projects)
- Support with maintenance of Group's Accounting manual

**Requirements**:

- University/college degree in Audit/Accounting/Taxes/Controlling preferable
- Profound knowledge in Group Accounting
- Software implementation knowledge/experience preferable
- IFRS education/knowledge
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Accounting/Group Accounting/Audit or in an international company
- Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge favorable
- A head for figures and analytical thinking, team oriented and also independent working style
- Resilience, determination, accuracy and reliability
- IFRS education/knowledge
- Ability and willingness to work in a SOX-environment (high standards of formal documentation) and to understand the importance of design & implementation of SOX for the Finance organization

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70.000;
- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
