Unser Kunde ist ein führender europäischer Hersteller hochwertiger und bekannter verschreibungspflichtiger und nicht verschreibungspflichtiger Arzneimittel. Zur Verstärkung der österreichischen, sehr autark agierenden Niederlassung mit Sitz in Wien, wird ein erfahrene **Head of Supply Chain & Portfolio Management **gesucht. Sie führen Ihr Team zu einer erfolgreichen Optimierung der Supply Chain-Prozesse sowie bei der strategischen Entwicklung des Produktportfolios.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- ** Supply Chain Management**:Verantwortung für alle Supply Chain Aktivitäten, die im Einflussbereich Ihrer Entity liegen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Lieferkette, um Effizienz zu steigern und Engpässe zu minimieren
- ** Portfolio Management**:Erstellung von Marktanalysen und Business Cases sowie Bewertung von Lizenz
- bzw. Vertriebsangeboten; Preisanalysen und Preisberechnungen
- ** Markteinführung neuer Produkte**:Planung und vollständige Durchführung aller neuen Produkteinführungen, Umsatz und Mengenplanung, Forecasting und Beschaffung
- ** Betreuung existierender Produkte**:Hauptverantwortlich für Forecasting - Demand Planning und Kontrolle der Verfügbarkeit der Produkte, Umsatzanalyse und Umsatzplanung
- ** Auftragsbearbeitung**: Kontakt für Kundenanfragen & Beschwerden, Koordinierungsstelle zwischen Kunden und den Business Units
- ** Teamführung**: Führung eines achtköpfigen Teams - strategische Führungsverantwortung und Verteilung der oben angeführten Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition, jedenfalls aus der Pharmaindustrie im Generika
- oder OTC-Bereich
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet von Vorteil
- Erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit Motivations
- und Umsetzungsstärke, Hands-on Mentalität
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu agieren
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen zu kommunizieren
- Analytische Denkweise - komplexe Probleme lösen sowie Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten und Fakten zu treffen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

- Dotierung: Ab EUR 100.000 Jahresbruttogehalt zuzüglich variablem Anteil mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend der Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung
