Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Management (m/w/x)

Standort: Wien

Ihre Challenge:

- Sie verantworten das Supply Chain Management und das Procurement in ganz Österreich. Dazu zählt die Führung der Zentrallagerleitung, ihren Mitarbeitern und Teams in Ihrem Fachbereich. Abteilungsübergreifende Projekte wickeln Sie mit detailliertem Blick auf das große Ganze ab.
- Im Vordergrund steht die Prozessplanung und Sicherung des Warenflusses entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
- Einerseits optimieren Sie die Teams und digitalisieren die Prozesse, andererseits entwickeln Sie Konzepte zur Kostensenkung und etablieren Best Practices in Ihrem Bereich.
- Vertragsverhandlungen, Lieferantenaudits, die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben und die laufende Marktbeobachtung runden den Aufgabenbereich ab.

Ihr spannendes Profil:

- Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt und verfügen über fundiertes Know-how im Einkauf und in der Logistik.
- Deutsch und Englisch sprechen und schreiben Sie fließend.
- Sie sind im Arbeitsstil umsetzungs
- bzw. zielorientiert, denken in Lösungen und leben einen starken Servicegedanken. Professionalität hat bei Ihnen einen hohen Stellenwert.
- Als wirtschaftlich denkender und zahlenaffiner Typus bringen Sie Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen mit.
