**What you will enjoy doing**
- As Head of Procurement, you will lead the global purchasing team and will be responsible for our global procurement strategy
- You develop and optimize of the purchasing strategy with the production management in Vienna
- Further you are responsible for the overall purchasing volume, the profit contribution of material price changes and the cash flow effect through the improvement of payment terms, including the planning and control of the corresponding purchasing measures
- You ensure a strategic supplier portfolio management for cost and risk minimization and supply assurance
- To your further tasks belongs the initiation and implementation of strategic overall cost optimization measures
- Finally, you ensue suitable structures and processes to guarantee optimal cooperation and communication of the global procurement organization

**What makes you great**
- You have completed university studies in business administration, natural sciences or engineering (Master Degree)
- More than 10 years of relevant professional experience, including several years of management experience and relevant international experience are required for this role
- Professional experience in purchasing in regulated industries and strong negotiation and communication skills
- In addition you have a high level of intercultural social competence (global supplier structure)
- Knowledge of the relevant standard regulations for hydrogen products is a plus
- Assertiveness as well as business fluent English skills
