**Your Responsibilities**:

- Data is a burning topic in the SaaS industry: that’s why we’re looking for a red-hot Data Scientist to supercharge our existing analytics playground. If you’ve got the skills, passion and drive to bring the power of machine learning to each of our departments, you’re exactly the droid we’ve been looking for.
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Business Intelligence Team on predictive modeling. Your projects will range from developing a reliable system for customer health scores, to user segmentation and data anomaly detection. However, data is a growing topic at Meister: with so much on our roadmap, the next fascinating task is just around the corner.

**What Makes You Special**:

- **3+ years’ experience. **You have a proven track record of building, deploying and maintaining machine learning models in a production setting. And yes, we’d love to see your GitHub repository.
- ** Strong technical skills. **You’re an expert in Python and SQL, with experience in Docker, Git and GCP.
- ** Statistical expertise. **Your deep knowledge of statistics goes way beyond the basics. At the very least, you understand common ML algorithms and probability theory.
- ** Creativity. **You love ambiguity and have the ability to ideate, compare, and assess multiple solutions to the same problem.
- ** Team spirit. **Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better. Above all, you can present complex technical information in a way that keeps every audience engaged.
