**We are looking for a new team member to plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. You will organize and oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff and serve as a link between the management board and its employees.**

**YOU...**:

- have completed a secondary education
- have work experience in human resources, as well as front and back office
- are able to deal calmy and effectively with high-stress situations
- are willing to lead, take charge and offer opinions and directions
- are able to motivate, develop and direct people and identify the best people for the job
- are proficient with MS Office
- are fluent in spoken and written German and English
- have attention to detail, fine organizational skills, and a result-oriented approach to work
- are a skilled negotiator and promote cooperation between yourself, other teams, and external parties
- are flexible, motivated, and passionate
- push yourself and can work under pressure to produce exceptional results
- are willing to take on responsibility
- are outgoing and enjoy working in a team
- are a reliable, loyal personality with hands-on mentality
- have good communication skills and a friendly and professional attitude
- are interested in a long-term full-time employment at our agency in Fuschl am See, Austria
