**Unser Pricing-Team** Wir bieten spannende und herausfordernde Tätigkeiten bei einem der größten Versicherer weltweit. Wir entwickeln die Tarife für alle Produkte der Sachversicherung der Allianz Österreich. Unsere Arbeit kommt somit jeden Tag beim Verkauf von Allianz Produkten zur Anwendung und bietet spannende Einblicke in ein dynamisches Marktgeschehen.

**Die künftigen Tätigkeitsfelder**:

- Fachliche Verantwortung für das MidCorp Pricing-Tool und die Methodik, dabei Beurteilung des Anpassungsbedarfs durch lokale Gegebenheiten.
- Übernahme einer Schlüsselfunktion bei der Umsetzung transformativer Veränderungen, um unsere Preisgestaltungsfähigkeit für MidCorp zu verbessern
- Erstellen von Analysen und Dashboards, um die Auswirkungen von Preisänderungen sowohl aus Geschäfts
- als auch aus Kundensicht zu verstehen
- Optimierung und Automatisierung der bestehenden Methoden entlang der gesamten aktuariellen Wertschöpfungskette mit innovativen Ideen (insbesondere Datenaufbau
- und -analyse, Risikomodellierung, Tarifentwicklung und -implementierung)
- Aktives Stakeholder-Management und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (vor allem mit Underwriting, Portfolio-Steuerung, Data-Office, Rückversicherung, Gruppen-Pricing und Portfoliomanagement)
- End-to-End-Verantwortung in cross-funktionalen Projekten und aktive Mitgestaltung von strategischen Initiativen und Fokusthemen der Allianz Gruppe
- Aufarbeiten von Ergebnissen und Präsentation auf Vorstandsebene

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Master-Studienabschluss in Mathematik, Statistik, Physik, Informatik, Data Science, VWL, Ökonometrie oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
- Interesse an Versicherungsmathematik und Sachversicherung, idealerweise mit ersten praktischen Erfahrungen im MidCorp-Pricing
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von stochastischen Prognosemodellen und technischen Tarifen, sowie Vorkenntnisse in der Datenmodellierung und -analyse
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch bei der Erklärung komplexer Sachverhalte
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, gleichzeitig wirksames Stakeholder-Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
