**All about the role**

As the Country Business Analyst for Austria, you will create insights for the Country Manager, as well as the senior leadership committee of AT. You will help shape the country's operations, strategy, and long-term scaling efforts. As a member of the core Country Management team you will not only enable operational support for Austria, but also help power key programs that deliver outsized value for JET, its partners and customers.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions
- Present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, effectively communicating complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Supervise and analyse country KPIs, interpreting data to a detailed level to allow for educated decision-making for Austria's senior leaders
- Proactively propose business action and conclusions, which are derived from data and brought to stakeholders, so that they can take an innovative approach to efficiently and effectively improve their business
- Design and develop data models, and data visualisations to support business intelligence and reporting needs, by utilising SQL, Airflow, GCP, and Google BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyse large and complex datasets
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices, drive data governance initiatives, and promote a data-driven culture across the organisation
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and technology, recommending and implementing innovative solutions
- Foster strong working relationships with Country Management, Sales & Operations, Product & Tech, Marketing, Legal, Central Data & Analytics, PMO & Finance

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Business analysis or business intelligence in consulting, finance, or other relevant industry
- Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL to extract data from the data warehouse independently
- Ability to visualise data findings in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, PPT, Excel
- Translating business requirements into a technical approach to answer the questions coming from the business
- Confidence in developing narratives for senior audiences and presenting concepts and ideas to a wide range of contributors
- Be intellectually curious and inquisitive, and investigate where details and data take you
- Independent thinker, proactive, able to see the big picture, and think “one step ahead”
- Fluent in English and German
