As a Sales Executive, you will support the sales team in driving new business opportunities and expanding client relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills and gain valuable experience in the enterprise SaaS industry within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

According to the collective agreement, a minimum salary of Euro 3,175 gross per month applies to your position. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment in line with the market, as well as a variable salary component which depends upon the achievement of individual objectives.

**Your tasks**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing client meetings and presentations and managing meetings with prospects.
- Support the management and submission of RFPs, RFIs and other sales documentation.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions and sales activities are logged accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitor analysis.
- Support the sales team in implementing strategic initiatives set by the COO and ensuring seamless operational execution.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to represent Springtime and build relationships with potential clients.

**Your profile**:

- An educational background in finance-related programs (e.g. accounting, controlling, etc.), business or related fields is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of AP (accounts payable), invoice automation and related financial processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), CRM tools or sales processes are beneficial.
- Fluent in German and English (business proficiency level), both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
