Position Summary

Join us at the forefront of innovation as we seek a dedicated individual in Product Management to spearhead our EGMs product line. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, management, and ensuring top-notch quality for our products. Focused on the EMEA region, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and meeting market needs and requirements. If you're passionate about driving product development and staying ahead of industry trends, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Job Functions:

- Take charge of product development by managing the roadmap for our region and coordinating game releases.
- Develop a regional product line strategy that aligns with our global vision.
- Dive into planning, research, and development to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.
- Enhance product performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers in meetings, representing our brand effectively.
- Provide business case justifications for strategic decisions.
- Become an authority on market trends, identifying opportunities and challenges.

Additional Duties:

- Assess product needs and opportunities through research and analysis.
- Provide product training to our sales team.
- Develop deployment plans tailored to specific customers or regions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in gaming or casino operations, with a background in product management or technical sales/pre-sales.
- Ability to develop and manage business cases effectively.
- Fluency in English and an additional Balto-Slavic language.
