You have a distinctive knowledge about Isostatic refractories used in the steel - continuous casting process.

You are a highly motivated, self-driven and communicative personality. Your analytical, problem-solving mentality allows you to achieve results quickly. The prospect of working in cross-functional, global projects excites you. Building relationships is one of your strengths. You are looking forward to travel globally to meet your peers and stakeholders.

**In addition, you have**:

- Higher technical education (University) in the field of refractories, metallurgy, chemistry, materials science, mechanical engineering etc. including a BSc, MSc or PhD certificate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Advanced product management know how
- Excellent MS office skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), any other language a plus
- Proficiency project management know how

**About the job**
As a Global Product Manager for Isostatic products you will be responsible for developing the aggregate/product group strategy, thus supporting achievement of RHIMs overall business targets.

In order to generate profitable growth, you will actively follow up product line profitability and business evolution.

You will drive innovation through understanding of market requirements, managing the entire lifecycle including implementation of defined product launch packages.

Understanding global trends and regional demands will allow you to define the product line strategy

Pro-active interaction with regional sales and business development teams will allow you to drive portfolio changes and new product implementation

Considering latest sensor technologies, digital tools and advanced robotics, coupled with state-of-the-art automation and in combination with innovative refractory products will allow you a holistic approach addressing future industry trends.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Driving the innovation process for the Isostatic product line
- Quantifying customer value for new innovations
- Planning & execution of new product market roll out
- Regular, pro-active interaction with regional sales and business development teams
- Active management of the existing FC patent portfolio
- Driving the development of the product portfolios manufacturing footprint
- Providing technological expertise to support the regional sales organization

According to your previous experience and qualifications and in keeping with the market the annual gross salary will start from € 72.000. We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market references to design attractive packages.
