We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager/Owner for our cutting-edge SaaS product company in the Regulatory Transaction Reporting space.
- As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy of our solution in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring a deep understanding of SaaS business models, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver exceptional product features that meet our clients’ regulatory obligations.
- Your ability to gather insights from diverse stakeholders, prioritize features, and translate complex requirements into actionable plans will be critical for success.
- This role will report directly to the CEO and will require intense and close collaboration to successfully drive the product strategy and execution.

Your Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Developing and managing the product roadmap, and prioritizing features based on customer and business needs, including defining the scope of functionality and technical aspects, writing specifications, and mapping schema.
- Developing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to support the development and refinement of features.
- Acting as the liaison between Management, Business Analysts (Service Desk), Development, and Release Management.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends.
- Understanding the customer landscape and processes to identify problems ‘worth’ solving.
- Engaging in requirements engineering
Your Profile
- Excellent regulatory knowledge of EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, or SFTR is desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or regulatory sectors.
- Strong understanding of regulatory transaction reporting compliance processes.
- Monitoring of regulatory changes and align product roadmap accordingly.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools.
- Good knowledge of SDLC.
- Product Owner/Management Certification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
