Description

Fachliche Führung des Projektteams bestehend aus Hardware-, Software-, Mechanik-, Fertigungs
- und Qualitätsspezialisten nach Automotive-Entwicklungsprozessen

Leitung des Angebotsteams während der Akquise Phase

Erstellung der Angebotsdokumente mit dem Angebotsteam

Konzeptfestlegung und Optimierung zusammen mit dem Kunden und dem Angebotsteam

Abstimmung und Erstellung der Stücklisten, R&D-Abschätzungen, Qualifikationskosten, Fertigungskosten und -investition sowie Werkzeugherstellkosten gemeinsam mit den Fachteams

Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Kundenpräsentationen sowie Kundenverhandlungen

Planung, Steuerung und Betreuung von Projekten:
Termin-, Ressourcen-, und Budgetplanung inklusive Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam und dem Kunden bzw. Management

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Meilensteinen und Projektzielen (technisch und wirtschaftlich)

Risiko
- und Berichtsmanagement

Kostencontrolling

Analyse, Bewertung und Diskussion von Änderungswünschen oder neuen Anforderungen (intern oder aus Kundensicht)

Abstimmung, Festlegung und Überwachung von Zielsetzungen und Aufgabenstellungen

**Qualifications**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, oder ähnlichen Bereichen

Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement (Projektplanung, -entwicklung, -steuerung und -betreuung)

Kenntnisse im Bereich Risikomanagement

Erfahrung in der Entwicklung nach Automotive-Standards

Mindestens ein abgeschlossenes Projekt nach automotive Entwicklungszyklus

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project, SAP und Sharepoint/Teams

Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeiter/innen sowie Motivationsfähigkeit

Planungs
- und Organisationsgeschick

Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Präsentationstechnik

Kundenorientiertes und eigeninitiatives Arbeiten

Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Analysefähigkeit
