The Global Operations Controlling Team supports and guides the finance and operations teams of Red Bull subsidiaries regarding Cost of Sales related tasks. In addition, you will also be responsible for the Indirect Budget of the Operations Department in HQ.
It is not only important to report the plan vs. actual cost deviations, but to also understand the cost drivers behind these variances and effectively use your state-of-the-art controller toolbox to identify and drive improvement opportunities. Communication is a key skill of yours and you excel in a team
**MONTH & YEAR-END CLOSING**
- Closely cooperate with Finance teams of RB subsidiaries in order to ensure the correctness of the month-end closing (MEC) data in our systems, especially regarding Cost of Sales and Inventories (incl. yearly inventory revaluation).
- Support the financial closing process, generate reports, and drive analyses for MEC.
- Understand business developments and ensure financial assessments.
- Take ownership, supporting the countries to resolve all issues in a timely manner and continuously improving these processes.
- Monitor indirect costs of HQ Operations Department and provide insights to management.
**PLANNING CYCLES**
- Support RB subsidiaries in Business Planning and revised Forecasts to ensure technical correctness.
- Ensure the seamless integration of the latest business developments into planning cycles
- Analyse plan data and secure the content-related quality of data input.
- Provide variance analysis.
- Support Indirects Planning of HQ department.
**PROJECT WORK**
- Participate in Finance and Operations driven projects.
- Exposure to cross-functional topics.
- Lead from a Controlling perspective.
**PROCESSES & KNOWLEDGE**
- Keep documentations and guidelines updated and contribute to process optimization.
- Support internal Finance trainings.
- Push quality and increase efficiency within Controlling.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3-5 years of controlling experience
Excellent MS Office, particularly Excel knowledge
At least some experience with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
High IT affinity and experience with SAP ERP, SAP BI, Hyperion is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, assess, and interpret complex data to generate valuable insights
Result and performance-oriented
Team player who is self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate effectively with internal customers and within cross-functional teams
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
