**Company Description**:
For our Global Operations Controlling team, we are looking for a (Senior) End to End Operations Controller, who has a deep understanding of the End to End supply chain processes and financial aspects associated to it. You'll prepare advanced holistic analysis of End to End costs in order to facilitate decision making processes by domain experts.
This role is key in order to support the Global Operations team to set-up/revise our long-term supply chain network considering cost efficiency and profitability as well as Net Operating Working Capital impact.
**SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERTISE**
You'll be responsible for supporting the Global Operations team to set-up/revise our long-term supply chain network. Therefor you'll need a deep and holistic understanding of the End to End supply chain process and all costs associated to it such as sourcing costs, transportation costs, customs, warehousing, working capital etc. in order to make and deliver the product to the final customer.
**ANALYSIS & COMMUNICATION**
You'll prepare advanced holistic analysis of End to End costs in order to facilitate decision making processes by domain experts. Therefor you'll bring a strong ability to analyse and effectively communicate current state and improvement opportunities in the End to End supply chain area from financial perspective. You'll need the ability to see the ‘big picture’, grasp its complexity, identify key opportunities and address timely solutions and opportunities for operations improvements.
**DIGITAL LITERACY & COLLABORATION**
You'll build up strong collaboration with business partners within operations in order to identify areas for improvement and define most optimum End to End supply chain network also from cost perspective.
**DATA & ANALYTICS**
You'll identify, request, source and manipulate large data sets from different providers to develop user-friendly holistic analysis and dashboards for visualization of KPIs, including discussion of results & actions with domain experts and decision makers. The continued contribution to the development of our data landscape through a regular partnership with our Data & Analytics team and the IT team will also be in your responsibility.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years professional experience as a supply chain controller
Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of statistics and statistical computer languages (e.g. R, Python, SQL, etc.) would be a plus, but is not a pre-requisite.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment on different projects in parallel

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
