We are looking for a dedicated **International Customer Service Support **(M/F/d) to strengthen our **Board & Paper Division **in **1040 Vienna **.

**Your Role**:

- You are responsible for order processing in our sales team
- You act as a first point of contact between customers, mills and our sales team
- Your typical daily tasks involve order processing (orders are customer-tailored), checks of orders, invoices, credit limit, shipment planning, masterdata maintenance

**Your Profile**:

- You already have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
- You have experience in order processing and ERP systems
- Your logical mind, excellent organizational skills and high sense of responsibility enables you to handle pressure well
- You learn quickly with strong attention to detail as well as to the bigger picture
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have a very good knowledge of English and German (C level) and Italian (B level), Spanish knowledge is an advantage
