**Location**: Flexible across our office locations (Vienna, Berlin, Madrid, London, - Hybrid/Remote options available) **The Role in a Snapshot**: **Your Role in Our Journey**: - Identify opportunities in this emerging area of law - Advise on intellectual property matters, as well as use of AI-driven innovations and technologies. - Define legal guardrails on data protection, privacy regulations, and their impact on AI systems. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement AI governance policies aligned with global legal standards. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to data sharing, licensing, and IP rights for AI initiatives. - Stay ahead of emerging laws and best practices in AI and data governance, translating them into actionable strategies. **Your Impact**: - Hold a law degree from an accredited institution, with additional qualifications or certifications in IP or data law being a plus. - Bring 2-4 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, with a focus on technology, IP, or data protection law.
