Stellenbeschreibung
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser Ablauf Change-Management als Koordinator intern und Ansprechpartner zum Kunden:

- Stimmigkeit und Vollständigkeit in Hinblick auf Beschreibung, Mengengerüst, Verknüpfung von Anlagen und Kosteneinträge
- Termintracking (Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Durchlaufzeit)
- Erstellung regelmäßiges Reporting intern/extern
- Mitarbeit/Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von entscheidungsreifen Unterlagen im Rahmen des Claim-Managements auf Basis der vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen
- Laufende Schulung der Projektmitarbeiter bezüglich Optimierungen/Weiterentwicklungen im Änderungsmanagement

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Meisterprüfung / HTL)
- Basiswissen in Änderungs
- und Anlaufmanagement wünschenswert
- Vertiefende Systemkenntnisse ICM, Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement sowie KVP-Prozessanwendung von Vorteil
- Präsentations-, Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 2.765;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
