We are looking for exceptional Product Managers to play a key role in building our global products and own end-to-end delivery.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading your squad to execute the product strategies and plans, aligned to our OKRs. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise work, problem solve, and ultimately provide our players with outstanding experiences.

You bring a deep understanding of user’s needs, adept at identifying opportunities, refining your roadmap and collaborating across design, engineering and data.

Football is the biggest sport in the world, and it’s the most important to Entain and our customers. Trading over 100,000 in-play matches per year with competitions from across the globe is no easy feat, requiring numerous data feed integrations to ensure we stay on top of the action at to ensure a lightning fast experience for customers, Quants and Traders, where accuracy is everything and milliseconds matter. The data your team integrates will drive the Trading models and keep customers updated with the current match state on site, where they’ll follow the action until we settle their bets in real-time as the results come in. Knowledge of the sport and what matters most to customers is essential here, being able to translate the key data points from multiple APIs and feeds with your squad to ensure everyone has all the information they need to make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities
- Act as primary lead for the product, partner with engineering and design to deliver a world class product, ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
- Defines, prioritises, and manages the product backlog using agile methodologies
- Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness, constantly evaluating insight, taking an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
- Ensures accurate and formal product documentation, including clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with engineering and design
- Drives product metrics that demonstrate impact for our customers and our business.
- Collaborates closely with leaders from various departments, including marketing, compliance, commercial and legal, to ensure requirements are considered, challenged and evaluated.

**Qualifications**
Essential:

- A demonstrated track record of successfully managing products from concept to market
- Experience leading squads in a fast-paced consumer facing environment
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies
- Adept at user-story writing, translating data and insights, to build great products
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- A passion and deep understanding of football as sport, and understanding of sports trading.
- Strong understanding of data feeds, APIs, data contracts, and how to read and translate technical documentation.
- Good understanding of setting and measuring key NFRs, acknowledging that speed, stability, and performance is an essential product feature in sports trading.
- Awareness of the competitor landscape in football sports betting.
- Awareness of data feed providers in the football data domain.
