Dein Wirkungsfeld
- Als Operations Manager für Business Development & Post-Merger Integration (m/w/d) arbeitest Du eng mit den Geschäftsführern des Standortes Dornbirn (proTask) als auch dem Operationsteam und der Gruppengeschäftsführung von valantic in München zusammen
- Du initiierst, koordinierst und steuerst selbständig Projekte mit diversen Themen der Post-Merger-Integration, die Einbindung in die valantic SAP Division und Zusammenführung & Optimierung operativer und administrativer Aufgaben von Vertrieb über Recruiting bis Finanzen
- Du hilfst dabei, Transparenz in Finance-, Sales
- und Operations-Daten zu bringen und leitest aus Deinen Analysen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Gemeinsam mit dem Operationsteam unterstützt Du valantic bei der Umsetzung von Wachstums
- und Wertsteigerungsmaßnahmen sowie dem Ausbau des Standorts Dornbirn

Was dich auszeichnet
- Du bringst einen Hochschulabschluss mit Betriebswirtschafts-, Wirtschaftsinformatik
- oder Marketingbezug oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung oder Erfahrungen durch Praktika in Unternehmensbereichen wie Managementberatung, Business Development, Sales oder Controlling
- Motivation, Ambition und Spaß an herausfordernder Arbeit im Team zeichnen Dich aus
- Auf Deine Ergebnisse ist Verlass, Du hast das große Ziel stets im Blick und arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Mit Deinem Organisationstalent, einer aktiven Kommunikation und guter Menschenkenntnis kannst Du problemlos wichtige Entscheidungen koordinieren und mit den Beteiligten abstimmen
- Du begeisterst Dich für den IT-Markt und insbesondere das Beratungsgeschäft im SAP Umfeld für die Entwicklung von Speziallösungen klassischer Geschäftsprozesse
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
