Product Marketing and Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as product marketing manager of single wafer clean products for specialty technology customers: Power devices (including Si, GaN, SiC), MEMS, CIS, Advanced Packaging
- Primary Marketing & BD interface to worldwide sales teams
- Support Sales and Technical teams to drive wet Clean reliant business to achieve market share and profitability goals
- Develop Market Requirements Statements and Business Plans
- Define regional specific needs for product roadmaps for assigned Single Wafer Clean products
- Support product management to define product portfolio, roadmaps, manage product lifecycle
- Generate and maintain product marketing material
- Attend international conferences
- Execute Competitor analysis and benchmarking
**Minimum Qualifications**
- MS degree in chemical engineering, material science or related fields
- 7-year experience in similar position in semiconductor fabrication industry
- Understanding of Power, BCD, CIS process flows
- Outstanding technical communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify key customer challenges, and position Lam as the solution to these challenges.
- Strong confidence with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Qualified education in marketing is a plus
- Experience with SEZ or LAM single wafer clean products is a plus
