In this role, you'll work with a specialized team focusing on large scale clients, supporting our Project Managers and gaining experience in agile project management, Scrum and the job board and online recruiting industry.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Support the **project coordination** (internally and externally)
- Support on **client calls **and **messages**
- Support in the **definition of backlog items **and **user stories**
- Support in creating** **documentation **(internally and externally)
- Get insight into managing the** sprint planning** including the sprint backlog
- **
Collaborate** closely with the **Team Lead** and the** Tech Lead **in regards to feasibility and impediments
- Work on the **backend** to set configurations
- **
Test **project deliverables continuously on staging and production sites
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Technical background or **high interest in online technologies**- Ability to **work in teams**
- Very good **communication **skills **in German and English (C1/C2 or native for both languages)
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
