- Active participation in the development and implementation of a harmonized CRM system for the entire Group
- Analysis and harmonization of CRM-relevant processes, such as lead-to-order, and management of the associated process maps
- Independent requirements management: creating and refining user stories as well as creating business requirements
- Responsible for test management: generating test cases and coordinating tests in collaboration with key users and IT
- Creation and management of training concepts and materials to ensure smooth use of the CRM system
- Carrying out various activities to increase data quality and ensure consistent data
- Long-term support and further development of the CRM system

**Your Profile**
- Relevant professional experience in the field of CRM or in the field of sales & marketing with CRM knowledge
- Initial experience in implementing a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- High IT affinity and strong understanding of business processes
- Analytical, structured and precise way of working
- Independent and solution-oriented work with a proactive attitude
- Project management experience

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 64,000 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
