Admissions Coordinator

**Your responsibilities**:
- Conduct interviews as appropriate with prospective student applicants in line with MU’s guidelines, rules and regulations
- Collaborate with the relevant Dean in the decision-making process for admissions and reductions (willingness to serve on the Admissions Committee)
- Contribute to producing reports on leads and prospective students
- Potentially support with recruitment events, i.e., Open Days, MU Connect workshops, Experience Days etc.
- Take on projects and tasks as instructed by the Head of Marketing, Student Recruitment & Admissions
**Your profile**:
**Requirements**:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Ideally a minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment.
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Proactive, agile and engaged attitude with a business & results-driven mindset.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must and German is an asset.
- IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Valid work permit in Austria.
