Our Campaign Services & Advisory Integrations department is responsible for operating and analyzing further development of the CRM Marketing Suite for all touch points and specific advisory services like appointment services and insurance advisory systems. Besides this, we are responsible for projects which span the whole Core Services Division of Erste Digital and beyond. Such a project will be a first assignment: managing the activities of a strategic migration project.
**What to do**:
- Be responsible for the delivery of complex cross divisional technical projects/initiatives of Erste Digital & bank units
- Coordinate all necessary tasks and ensure that the local delivery plans and deliveries are aligned with the overall enterprise strategy/plans
- Manage the project scope and scope change requests
- Manage the project schedule (master plan) and actively monitor the progress of the project
- Define and take corrective actions according to the project status (incl. updating the project plan)
- Establish effective communication structures and set up a good relationship with stakeholders
- Lead the team and solve conflicts
- Manage project budgets and monitor availability of committed resources
- Generate project reports
- Manage the relationship to 3rd Party Providers with all major stakeholders involved and based on defined rules and regulations
- Be able to manage agile as well as waterfall IT projects also with change management perspectives

- Broad technical IT knowledge and the ability to handle complex interdependencies
- Strong project management skills for cross-organizational deliveries as well as analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills
- The ability to represent the division at top-management steerings & audits
- Be able to manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth cooperation between local and central units
- Excellent German and English skills
