Are you currently doing your bachelor's/master’s degree and are specializing in the fields of Innovation?

Are you in the process of finding out what the next step could look like and are not willing to settle for a standard and boring job after investing so much time and energy into your education that should be opening up a lot of doors for you?

**We are now offering a position that can be started part-time and turn into full-time after your graduation.**

What makes you the right fit:

- fluency in German and English are mandatory, more languages are a plus
- ambition to grow into a long-term Innovation Manager role at TheVentury
- experience / knowledge in the areas of:

- business modelling
- financial planning
- idea generation and validation
- qualitative and quantitative research
- market research
- other traits we are looking for:

- presentation-skills
- experience in consulting
- design and prototyping skills
- entrepreneurial mindset
- passion to learn about the startup & corporate innovation eco-system
- the ability to wear different hats and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

At TheVentury you will be working with a dynamic and diverse team of fellow Marketers, Data & Software Engineers and Innovation Managers and will be welcomed to bring your ideas to the table and encouraged to voice your opinion.

**Salary**: The gross salary for this traineeship will be **€25,200** (full-time) per year.
