We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our central Data Team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our BI infrastructure, overseeing data governance as well as driving actionable insights and making direct impact on efficiency of marketing expenditures.

**Your Role in Our Journey**
- Partner closely with Marketing leaders and stakeholders to shape the marketing strategy through data-driven insights and impactful analysis.
- Provide and present reports that are actionable for business departments and support the decision making process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, organize and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
- Design and develop Data Models that empowers end users to answer their own questions.
- Drive adaptation of new tools & technologies in BI area to maintain a clean, accurate, and efficient data governance framework.
**Your impact**
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst or related role.
- Strong Marketing analytics background, with proven experience in digital marketing projects with proven experience in building and evaluating attribution models
- Proven proficiency in SQL, with strong experience in building clean and meaningful tables.
- Expert-level knowledge of Tableau with outstanding data storytelling skills and advanced knowledge of statistics.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance principles, and ETL processes.
- Experience with DBT and Amazon Web Services or other cloud computer platforms
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and organizational qualities.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
