Zoku Vienna is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive the success of our unique home-office hybrid concept.

As a **Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for attracting new clients, managing existing relationships, and maximizing revenue for Zoku Vienna. You will work closely with the senior M&E specialist and other team members to identify, engage, and convert potential clients across various segments.
**STAY AT ZOKU**:
- You will actively prospect for new clients interested in short-term stays, long-term stays, and relocations.
- You will develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the unique benefits of Zoku Vienna for various living and working needs.You will close deals and secure contracts, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
**WORK & MEET AT ZOKU**:
- You will contribute to promoting our beautiful rooftop Meeting & Event Spaces to local businesses and Vienna-based companies.
- You will also attract international companies who want to experience the Future of Work. You'll report to our General Manager and will liaise with the Sales Director on many sales topics.**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
As a **Sales Executive**, you will proactively seek and close partnerships with innovative companies in the MICE and Entertainment industry. You'll build strong relationships with key players in Vienna's entertainment scene, showcasing Zoku's unique offerings.
You'll be responsible for keeping our CRM up-to-date, generating accurate forecasts, and organizing networking events. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with the Meeting & Events Team to create and sell attractive packages.
Finally, you'll take the lead in developing and executing sales plans, fostering a positive team environment.

**A FEW** MUST HAVES**
- At least **1 year o**f relevant experience within the hospitality or MICE industry, and willing to bring your own network.
- Strong passion for learning the path of a Sales Manager
- You are an EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit for Austria
- You have extraordinarily strong communication and writing skills.
- You are **fluent**in both German and English, other languages are a plus.
