Technical Marketing Manager

Your tasks:
- Creating, testing, implementing, tracking, improving, and maintaining landing pages on WordPress and instapages to improve our marketing campaigns conversions.
- Responsible for bigger WordPress projects like our B2C kununu News or our B2B “Arbeitgeberportal” and improving these proactively.
- Working closely with different teams at kununu (Marketing, B2B, Brand, Tech, UX) to service their WordPress-pages needs.
- General maintenance of WordPress pages.
- Finding and testing new technical solutions and options for marketing campaigns, including UX-Testing or testing different tools and plugins.
Your skills:
- Multiyear experience in understanding, working with and delivering upon marketing KPIs and their key drivers (e.g. performance & conversion optimization) from a technical perspective.
- Technical knowledge about operative Webtools like WordPress, Pagebuilders (Gutenberg + Elementor) and analytics tools like GTM and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of more web tech, programming languages and/or experience with HTML, CSS, JS, PHP is an advantage.
- Having a clear communication style, being KPI orientated, being flexible and persistence helps you not to lose track when dealing with several topics at once.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Knowledge of User-Centered Design and UX methods is a plus.
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
About the job
- We are looking for a WordPress expert with a strong marketing understanding to join our team and help us reach our growth ambitions. You will be creating, testing, implementing, tracking, improving and maintaining all WordPress pages on kununu. Your focus will be with the Marketing team and their KPIs, but since WordPress is used by multiple departments at kununu, you’ll be working with many different stakeholders.
- The kununu Marketing team is a multidisciplinary team that provides value to our users by generating new workplace insights (Reviews, Salary and Culture data) every year through our campaigns, paid performance, CRM and/or our partners. Our mission is to spark improvement in the world of work with these insights since life is too short to spend it at the wrong company.
