We are a **Viennese start-up** on a mission to change photography in its fundamentals by enabling anyone to take high-quality and professional product shots for marketing and e-commerce in 3D environments. We are now (Start: February) looking for a **Business Development Intern, min. 6 months,** to help bring the company to the next level. It's a rare opportunity to experience working in an early-stage startup that is considered one of the most promising startups on the Austrian market. You will work closely with our CEO and Head of Business Development and be able to cooperate with all other teams in the company.
**The kind of stuff you’ll do**:
- Provide financial, administrative, and legal support to our founders.
- Support monthly budgeting & payroll and be responsible for keeping organized records.
- Process invoices and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team on the strategy and community building.
- Support the team with the new product launch.
**To rock this job, you’ll bring**:
Must have:
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Independent problem solver.
- Capability & interest to learn fast.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A team-oriented personality and ability to work collaboratively with the team and various stakeholders.
- Interest in photography and/or visual arts.
**How do we work?**
- We are a remote-first company, but you would need to come to our office at the beautiful Naschmarkt (coffee, table tennis, table soccer, and a big terrace included).
- We work in a **virtual office - **Gather.town** that allows us to still keep micro-interactions while being completely remote.
- We work with **OKRs**, which we plan in monthly cycles for teams to enable fast progress.
- Every day we meet for the **morning daily** to sync on important updates.
- We share with each other feedback regularly during the weekly sessions. Additionally, you will have **monthly 1on1s with one of the founders**.
**What we offer**:
- Experience working in an **early-stage startup** where you work at a fast pace, but also have influence.
- Salary of **1180 EUR gross** monthly part-time (min. 6 months) + **Flexible** working hours.
- Work in a very friendly and **international remote team **(11 people working in 6 different countries)
- ** Oculus Quest 2 VR Glasses** for social activities and/or development. Prepare for some competition in VR ;)
