Senior Manager Business Development Automotive Sensors

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
- Organization of customer meetings and workshops to promote suitable ams OSRAM sensor and ASIC solutions at automotive Tier1s, car-OEMs and the adjacent eco-system
- Develop and maintain a business development & sales strategy with the target to increase market share and to support revenue growth. Cultivate tactics to increase our design-in funnel
- Build-up and maintain customer relationships with the goal to deepen and broaden our sales support and become trusted advisor for our customers
- Support in the definition of Go-to-Market collaterals and strategy, also with a focus on digital marketing
- Several years (> 8 years) of experience in the area of semiconductor sensors and ASICs solutions
- Capable to act as “connector and translator” between the customer, sales & the product lines
- Talented to build-up and maintain customer and internal relations from working to C-level
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of your time
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
